Andy first visited Alpha Omega on a dare from his wife after finishing his second Ironman. The first WOD he completed was 100 wallball shots for time. After pushing out the first 25 he was completely gassed, but he’s been hooked ever since. Andy has over 500 hours of coaching CrossFit classes at Alpha Omega.
