While training in Taekwondo, Sharon ranked number seven in the world in Forms. During martial arts training, she became interested in more intensive physical fitness training and thus began her journey into CrossFit. After doing CrossFit for three years, she eventually found her home at Alpha Omega in the spring of 2013 and has since been an intricate part, supporting the business in many different manners from being an Alpha ambassador to teaching classes.
Outside her physical fitness endeavors, Sharon is also a licensed hair cosmetologist with over twenty-five years of experience, and her salon is located inside Alpha Omega Sports Performance/CrossFit AOP.
