Steps to becoming a member at Alpha Omega Sports Performance

Schedule a one-on-one appointment with one of our fitness professionals to begin your fitness journey at Alpha by meeting your Coach and discussing what you desire in your journey to be more awesome. After the meeting, your Coach will conduct our overall fitness assessment to develop a specific plan of action to meet and exceed your fitness goals.
Foundations/Personal Training
After your fitness assessment, you and your coach will meet and create a personalized plan for Alpha’s fundamentals’ program (Alpha101) that addresses your specific goals and plan of action. In our one-on-one fundamentals sessions, we identify your current fitness level and build a program in a safe environment for you to learn and become proficient in the foundational movements
In Alpha101, you will learn, build and develop:
- Our foundational movements and basic workout structure so that you can transition to class smoothly
- Mobility/flexibility and recovery methods to optimize your training in the gym
- Nutritional guidelines
- A relationship with the coaching staff and current members to become part of the Alpha Omega community
Group Classes/Personal Programming/Hybrid
It is now time to take your new fitness level to a more social environment. Once you have completed Alpha101 and have reached a proficient level in the foundational movements, your coach will lead you into the class structure giving you a taste of our community and social environment which will keep you constantly striving to better yourself and help others along the way.
If you feel that you are not quite ready to begin classes, do not worry, we offer Personalized Programming and Hybrid Access Packages where you and your coach decide how what is the best plan of action to meet and exceed your goals.
