Dear Alpha Omega Family,

It is with bittersweet emotions and a very heavy heart, I write to tell you goodbye. I will be departing Alpha Omega to pursue a life-long dream of becoming a physician. I have been accepted to Saint James School of Medicine beginning September 2024.

It has truly been a privilege to lead and represent Alpha Omega. I offer my sincere gratitude to all the staff who make a difference in the lives of many, our clients who inspire me every day, and our community which focuses on longevity, fitness, and kindness.

All of you — my family — have held a special place in my heart since the day I created Alpha Omega over 13 years ago. In the months since my departure was announced, I have heard from many of you, and look forward to continuing to hear from you. There are no words to describe how much your thoughts and words mean to me, how deeply I have been moved by the outpouring of love, and how I will truly miss this place and all of you.

Looking to the future, I have no doubt that Alpha Omega’s best days are still to come. As it is written in the Book of Proverbs, Where there is no vision, the people perish. David and Alyssa Brandeberry have a strong passion and vision for Alpha Omega and I know they will continue to carry the torch and focus on our mission, to enhance your overall quality of life, maximize your potential, and deliver exceptional results through a plan focused on longevity of life and fitness.

You will be in good hands, the gym will be in good hands, and the community will be in good hands.

To all my colleagues, friends, and family, thank you for making the last 13 years special. Though I will no longer be in the gym every moment, I take comfort knowing that we will never truly be apart, because I have loved this place, and each of you, with all my heart. And I always will.
