Where to Begin
If you’re unsure whether CrossFit is for you, consider trying one of our free introductory classes.
After trying an introductory class, most people are immediate converts – they realize they have been wasting time in the gym, and CrossFit will help them achieve the best physical shape of their lives, quickly.
Your next step is determining the number of times a week you want to CrossFit at Alpha Omega Sports Performance/CrossFit AOP. Access packages start at $100 a month for two times a week, with no initiation fee or long-term commitment. I do not sign long-term contracts; therefore we do not sell them.
Your first month of access also includes our SKiLz 101 Workshop, a one-hour course that covers the fundamentals of CrossFit. You will practice perfect form on the movements that make up our workouts, learn how to scale movements appropriately to your own level, and start ramping up your fitness with a CrossFit workout at the end.
We require all of our clients to complete the SKiLz 10 Workshop (except those with significant CrossFit experience at another affiliate) before they start taking our regular classes, so that they can do so safely, effectively, and confidently. SKiLz 101 Workshops are limited to no more than 6 athletes, to ensure that our coaches can provide the highest level of individual instruction.

What to Bring?
Each day at Alpha Omega Sports Performance/CrossFit AOP is always different. Days can range from running outside, to box jumps, to rowing inside, so dress accordingly. Bringing your own jump rope is strongly encouraged, but not required. Clothes should be comfortable, and running shoes are preferred. Gloves are optional if you desire. Remember to drink lots of water throughout the day and bring a water bottle to class.
