1. If you’re unsure whether CrossFit is for you, consider trying one of our classes on the house. Choose a class, complete the waiver, and show up 5-10 minutes before the class begins to talk to one of our coaches.

2. After trying the first class, most people are immediate converts – they realize they have been wasting time in the gym, and CrossFit helps them quickly achieve the best physical shape of their lives.

3. Your next step is determining the number of times a week you want to CrossFit at Alpha Omega Sports
Performance/CrossFit AOP. Access packages start at $130 a month for two times a week, with no initiation fee or long-term commitment. We do not sign long-term contracts; therefore, we do not sell them.

Our coaching team will listen to your goals and special needs to adjust the workout to your ability and desires. We will keep you safe and work with you on form and technique with every interaction. If you want one-on-one help, we can do that as well.

What do I bring?

Each day at Alpha Omega Sports Performance/CrossFit AOP is always different. Days can range from running outside, to box jumps, to rowing inside, so dress accordingly. Bringing your own jump rope is strongly encouraged, but not required. Clothes should be comfortable, and running shoes are preferred. Gloves are optional if you desire. Remember to drink lots of water throughout the day and bring a water bottle to class.
