Alpha Omega_COVID-19 Update

Dear Alpha Omega Family,

There is no mistaking the current challenge we are facing as individuals, a community, a country, or a globe. The entire Alpha Omega family remains indebted to the heroic healthcare employees, first responders, essential workforce, and those who have stopped working to help overcome this tragic moment. We do not know when this will be over, but I continue to be inspired by the humanity and determination I have seen throughout this event. As President Lincoln shared in 1862, “The occasion is piled high with difficulty, and we must rise with the occasion. As our case is new, so we must think anew, and act anew”.

Alpha Omega has always deployed this approach when facing big challenges and we will rise to meet this challenge as well, together, as a family. The gym remains closed per the Governor’s executive order written on March 20, 2020 and was excluded in Phase 1 of the reopening plan, Safe. Smart. Step-by-Step. While I know many of you are eager and excited to return to the gym, your lives, and some normalcy, we must respect the rule of law to further protect our employees, our families, our friends, and our community. As previously noted, training plans were terminated or frozen for all clients and will continue to remain in this status until we reopen. No one will be charged until we can reopen and provide the superior services you previously signed-up to receive.

Progress continues in the gym with cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing along with a multitude of other projects. We are excited about the new environment we are creating for you upon return. Please do not forget Ignite Nutrition remains open for smoothies and energy refreshers with hours of 7am-2pm Monday through Friday and 8am-12pm on Saturday.

The priority remains for a better Alpha Omega when this is over and steps continue to ensure this goal becomes reality. Do not forget to help where you can and to be kind.
