Dear Alpha Omega Family,
Together, we are facing a truly unprecedented situation. The global coronavirus pandemic is affecting all of our families, our businesses, our communities, and our way of life. These are challenging times and as we navigate the momentous impact of the virus on our daily lives and those of our loved ones, we are also faced with the reality that other areas of our life will be interrupted as well.
Our hearts go out to anyone who has been impacted by the virus, either directly or indirectly. Our thoughts are especially with those who are sick, to whom we extend our heartfelt wishes for a full recovery. We are inspired by the selfless healthcare workers who are on the front lines working diligently to care for people in need.
We must remain focused on the health and safety of ourselves, employees, families, clients, and communities as we continue to adapt to the new normal. We are also athletes. We are strong, we adapt, and we will overcome adversity. I urge you to use these athletic attributes to stay flexible and positive through the uncertainty that presents. For many of you, the status of upcoming events will change. Numerous sacrifices will be made in our families, careers, and social lives. Our daily workout plans and future travel schedules will be forced to shift, but despite the uncertainty, it is a good time to remember why we workout – to benefit our physical and mental health. To challenge ourselves in ways we may never have thought possible and to set a positive example for our kids and others we care about.
And remember that although our routine has changed, we can still strive to do the right thing for the right reason. With flexibility and creativity, we can still maintain a healthy, active lifestyle and keep sight of our goals ahead. More importantly, we should use this time to be there for our family and friends, and support our community.
With Governor DeSantis’ Executive Order 20-17 closing gymnasiums and fitness centers within the State of Florida, Alpha Omega will close effective today, March 20, 2020.
As the situations surrounding the virus continue to change and evolve, what we will not change is our commitment to do everything we can to help ensure the health and safety of everyone involved with Alpha Omega. We have earned your trust and loyalty for over 7 years through our commitment to providing you with a home to achieve your goals and doing the right thing for the right reason. There is no time like the present to continue to serve with our values in mind. We Thank You for your support and look forward to serving you upon our return.
